Yes, we deliver to all Malaga postcodes, port cruise terminal, train station and airport. Also to the main areas of Costa del Sol, as Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Marbella, Mijas, Estepona, Rincón de la Victoria, Torre del Mar or Nerja, among others.

Our fleet includes a wide range of electric mobility scooters to meet our customers' diverse preferences. All of our scooters are disassembled for easy transport. Each type is designed to offer the best experience for its intended use, from long-distance travel to smaller spaces, ensuring everyone can find their perfect scooter.

Renting a mobility scooter with us is straightforward. You can reserve a scooter through our online booking system or by calling us directly. You'll need to specify the rental duration, scooter type, and your size (height and weight) to ensure the right fit. A valid government-issued ID and a credit card for the security deposit are required at the time of pickup.

The minimum hire period of each scooter is 1 day. We don't have maximum period time, but if you need to hire for more than 2 weeks, please give our team a call on 0034 633 44 54 04 and they will be happy to help.

All our modern mobility scooters are chosen for reliability. We service and check them before each hire. In the unlikely event that damage occurs then please contact us and we will exchange or repair within 24 hours. This applies to all our service areas, if you have travelled outside our service area then you will need to bring the item to within our service area.

It is best that you only reserve once you are certain of your definite requirements. Where proper cancellation notice is given more than 2 weeks prior to the first hire day, a full refund will be made. Where less than 2 weeks but more than 5 clear working office days’ proper cancellation notice is given, the hirer will receive a 50% refund of the total hire cost. Where less than 5 clear working office days’ proper cancellation notice is given, no refund will be made. Security deposit (when paid) will be refunded at any time of cancellation.

Please book the mobility scooter for the known period needed. Of course, if you need to extend the hire then that's fine - just email or give us a call. No refund is available for early returns.

Yes, you can extend your rental at any time for as long as you need the mobility scooter, as long as it's not reserved for another customer on the same dates.

We do not offer insurance, however your home or travel insurance policy may offer you cover.

Yes, if your plans change and you need to have the scooter collected at a different location then that is fine. At least 24hrs notice of change is required and the location must be within our service area. It is possible that you have to pay the different fee of this new area.
